The rearview camera on certain Tesla Model 3, Model S, Model X, and Model Y vehicles may stop displaying an image due to a computer circuit board failure. This reduces your rear visibility and increases the risk of a crash when backing up.

A free software update is available immediately over the air. If your rearview camera has failed or may be damaged, Tesla will replace the circuit board computer free of charge. Contact Tesla customer service at 1-877-798-3752, or reference recall number SB-25-00-001.
