Tainoki Fine Furniture Recalls Office Chairs Due to Risk of Serious Injury and Fall Hazard

Tainoki Fine Furniture has recalled three models of height-adjustable swivel office chairs because the base can bend, causing the chair to tip over and the user to fall. A fall from a collapsing chair poses a risk of serious injury.

What is recalled
Tainoki Fine Furniture height-adjustable swivel office chairs in three models: • Noah Office Chair, model number M7016O, in Cream, Jiffy, French Roast, and Black • Owen Office Chair, model number M7004O, in Cream, Black, Merlin, Jiffy, and Wade • Warren Office Chair, model number M7074O, in Taupe and Justin's All models have an upholstered padded seat, backrest, headrest, and two padded armrests on chrome-finished metal bars, sitting on a five-star chrome metal base with five black rolling casters. The model number label is on the underside of the chair seat.
Am I affected
You're affected if you own any of these Tainoki office chairs: • Model M7016O (Noah) in Cream, Jiffy, French Roast, or Black • Model M7004O (Owen) in Cream, Black, Merlin, Jiffy, or Wade • Model M7074O (Warren) in Taupe or Justin's Flip your chair over and check the label on the underside of the seat for the model number to confirm.

Stop using the chair immediately. Go to tainoki.com/recall and follow the instructions to submit photos of your chair, your model number, and proof of destruction, Tainoki will issue a full refund.
