SNOOZ Recalls Electrical Fans Due to Fire Hazard

Snooz is recalling its Breez 2-in-1 Smart Bedroom Fan and White Noise Machine because the power connector inside the fan can corrode and cause the fan to overheat, posing a fire risk. Affected fans have serial numbers beginning with BZ10 or BZ02 on the underside of the wooden base.

What is recalled
Snooz Breez 2-in-1 Smart Bedroom Fan and White Noise Machine, a white fan with a beige stand featuring a temperature-sensing Auto-Fan Mode and smart app controls. It has a removable barrel power jack. Affected units have a serial number on the underside of the wooden base beginning with BZ10 or BZ02.

You're affected if you own a Breez 2-in-1 Smart Bedroom Fan and White Noise Machine with a serial number that begins with BZ10 or BZ02. Flip the fan over and check the underside of its wooden base for the serial number. (Breez 2nd Generation sound machines are not included in this recall.)
What to do right now
Stop using the fan immediately. Go to getsnooz.com/recalls to register for a free replacement fan. As part of the process, you'll be asked to cut the power cord and upload a photo of the cut cord along with a photo of the adapter showing its model number and all printed information.
