The wheelchair restraints (QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max models) in certain Rollx-equipped vehicles may not lock properly, allowing the wheelchair to move during transit and increasing the risk of injury to the passenger and occupants.

What is recalled

Rollx Vans wheelchair restraint systems (QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max models) installed in GMC Yukon, GMC Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, Ford E-250, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, and Ram Promaster vehicles. Refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model year information.

Am I affected

You're affected if you own one of these vehicles equipped with Rollx QRT-Deluxe or QRT-Max wheelchair restraints: GMC Yukon, GMC Sierra, Chevrolet Express 2500, Ford Transit, Ford E-250, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Sienna Hybrid, Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Town and Country, Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, Dodge Grand Caravan, or Ram Promaster. Check your restraint model number to confirm.

What to do right now

Contact Rollx Vans customer service at 1-800-956-6668 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the wheelchair restraint retractors. Owner notification letters were mailed February 5, 2026.
