Rollx wheelchair restraints in certain vans may fail to lock, leaving wheelchairs unsecured during driving and risking injury or crash impact. Rollx will inspect and replace the faulty retractors for free.

What is recalled

Rollx QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints installed in certain model year Chevrolet Express 2500, Chrysler Pacifica, Town and Country, Voyager, Dodge Grand Caravan, Ford Transit, E-250, GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon, Honda Odyssey, Ram Promaster, and Toyota Sienna and Sienna Hybrid vehicles. Refer to Rollx's recall report for specific model years affected.

What to do right now

Contact Rollx customer service at 1-800-956-6668 to schedule a free inspection and replacement of the wheelchair restraint retractors. Do not transport a wheelchair in the restraint system until the repair is complete.
