MediNatura has recalled ReBoost Nasal Spray (0.68 fl. oz. / 20 mL bottles) after testing found yeast, mold, and a bacterial contaminant called Achromobacter in the product. Using a contaminated nasal spray can introduce harmful microbes directly into the nasal passages and sinuses, posing a serious infection risk.
