2023 Toyota GR Supra, 2024 4Runner, Corolla, Grand Highlander, Grand Highlander Hybrid, Land Cruiser Hybrid, Tacoma, Tacoma Hybrid, 2023 to 2024 BZ4X, Corolla Cross Hybrid, GR Corolla, GR86, Highlander, Highlander Hybrid, Prius, Prius Prime, Sequoia Hybrid, Tundra, Tundra Hybrid, Venza Hybrid, 2023 to 2025 Crown, and 2025 Camry Hybrid equipped with GST accessories.

You're affected if you own a 2023 to 2025 Toyota vehicle listed above, equipped with Gulf States Toyota accessories, and your load carrying capacity label displays incorrect weight values.

What to do right now

Check your mail for a notification letter from Gulf States Toyota (sent September 16, 2024) and wait for the free replacement label. If you have not received your letter, call Gulf States Toyota customer service at 1-800-444-1074. Reference recall number 24R2.
