Greatale Self-Feeding Pillow Recall

Greatale Recalls Self-Feeding Pillows Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Aspiration and Suffocation

Updated January 15, 2026

Greatale has recalled its self-feeding pillows because the elastic sleeve holds a baby bottle at an unsafe angle and keeps it fixed in place, the infant cannot pull away, which can cause them to inhale (aspirate) milk or formula and suffocate.

Is the Self-Feeding Pillows recalled? Yes. This product was recalled by CPSC on January 15, 2026. Details below.

What is recalled

Greatale self-feeding pillows, stuffed fabric pillows with an elastic sleeve designed to hold a bottle in front of an infant's face. Sold in white with angel-wing-shaped decorations. A "Greatale" label is sewn into the seam of the pillow. Sold on Amazon.

Am I affected

You're affected if you own a white, angel-wing-decorated stuffed fabric pillow with an elastic bottle-holding sleeve and a "Greatale" label sewn into its seam.

What to do right now

Stop using this pillow immediately. Cut it with scissors, then email a photo of the destroyed pillow, including its sewn-in tag, to [email protected] to receive a full refund. If the tag has already been removed, include your Amazon proof of purchase in the email instead.

Contact: Greatale by email at [email protected].

The hazard

The recalled self-feeding pillows hold the bottle at an unsafe angle while keeping it fixed in place so the infant cannot pull away. This can lead to aspiration of milk or formula, posing a risk of suffocation.
