General Motors is recalling certain 2024 to 2026 GMC Canyon AT4X AEV trucks because incorrect software in the sensing and diagnostic module can cause the passenger-side air bag to deploy at full force when only a lower-force deployment was intended. An air bag that fires improperly raises the risk of injury in a crash.
