Cosyland children's tower stools (models CS0003 and CS0092-4) can collapse or tip over during use, and the openings on the front and back are wide enough for a child's torso to become trapped, creating a serious risk of injury or death from tipping, falling, and entrapment.

What is recalled
Cosyland-branded children's tower stools, models CS0003 and CS0092-4. Sold in natural bamboo and gray finishes. Each stool measures approximately 16 inches deep × 18 inches wide × 35 inches tall. "COSYLAND" and warning labels appear along the top rails.
