2025 CHRYSLER PACIFICA: AIR BAGS:SIDE/WINDOW:CURTAIN

Chrysler is recalling certain 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles because the side curtain air bags may have improperly sealed seams that cause them to lose pressure too quickly. In a crash, an underperforming curtain air bag increases the risk of being ejected from the vehicle.

What is recalled
2025 Chrysler Pacifica and 2025 Chrysler Voyager vehicles. Chrysler's internal recall reference numbers are 82C, 86C, and 87C. The specific Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) covered are searchable at NHTSA.gov (NHTSA recall number 25V573000). Note: this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall number 26V189, if your vehicle was already repaired under 25V573, it still needs the new remedy completed under 26V189.

To confirm your specific VIN is included, look up your 17-character VIN (found on your dashboard, driver's door jamb, or registration) at NHTSA.gov, VINs became searchable September 11, 2025. Chrysler's recall numbers to reference are 82C, 86C, and 87C.
What to do right now
Take your vehicle to a Chrysler dealership to have the side curtain air bags replaced free of charge. If you were previously repaired under this recall, you still need to return for the updated remedy under the superseding recall (NHTSA 26V189). To schedule service or ask questions, call Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Owner notification letters were mailed October 14, 2025.
