2025 CHRYSLER PACIFICA: AIR BAGS:SIDE/WINDOW:CURTAIN

Chrysler is recalling certain 2025 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles because the side curtain air bags may not hold pressure due to improperly sealed seams. In a crash, an air bag that deflates too quickly raises the risk of occupant ejection and serious injury.

What is recalled

Certain 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. Chrysler's recall reference numbers are 82C, 86C, and 87C. Specific Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) are searchable at NHTSA.gov (NHTSA recall number 25V573). Note: this recall has been superseded by NHTSA recall number 26V189, and vehicles already repaired under 25V573 must have the new remedy completed as well.

What to do right now

Take your vehicle to a Chrysler dealer for a free replacement of the side curtain air bags. Owner notification letters were mailed October 14, 2025. Contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403 with questions or to schedule service. If your vehicle was already repaired under this recall, you still need to return for the updated remedy under NHTSA recall 26V189.
