What is recalled

AiTuiTui Pull String Teething Toy, Model 688-59. The toy is an off-white disc with either a red or blue ball in the center, six long pull-string "tentacles" of various colors, three free-spinning rings on one side, and soft push buttons on the disc. "Model: 688-59" is printed on the product packaging. Sold on Amazon by Vanfun.
